Your soul profile is the heart of Lumina — it's what allows the AI to give you truly personalized guidance. We use your data only to provide and improve your experience. Nothing else.
Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes. Period.
Only you and the AI (Anthropic's Claude) have access to your soul profile and conversations. Our team does not read your conversations. We use Supabase to store your data securely and Stripe to handle payments — both are trusted, industry-standard providers.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use secure authentication and follow industry best practices to keep your information safe.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account and all associated data, or update your information at any time by contacting us through the app.
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
